Part one: Saw Dr. R today. Didn't have the courage to ask him about switching current headache meds for something else, so we're sticking with the Suboxone for now but that's okay, it does work. I was just in a bad patch a couple weeks ago. He did give me a small supply (by which I mean 15 pills) of oxycodone in case things get *really* bad, and a new scrip for promethazine because I'm using more than I normally do thanks to the ongoing tummy issues.

I did ask him about the NSAID problem and he encouraged me to try acetaminophen for the next few weeks and see if it helps at all, and in a month we'll talk about it and find another option if it's not working. I'm not holding my breath; what I've found in the past is that Tylenol (generic or brand, whatever) works really well in conjunction with something like ibuprofen, but on its own it's like taking sugar pills. But I will try it again and see how this goes.

Part two: Went from Dr. R's office to Bellevue Square and took myself up to the third floor and the lingerie department of Nordstrom's. Got myself measured, because I always do, and found out that the last Nordstrom's that measured me (which, I might point out, was last SUNDAY) was wrong about how they did it. The cup size was right (G) but they had me as a 40/42 band and I'm actually a 38. (Although the 40G I'm wearing now is very comfortable.) The SA gave me a lot of really cute bras to try on, which is always a bonus since normally bras for women my size are functional but not so much with the pretty. I could have bought many, but narrowed my selection, and now I have bras that fit and are not all stretched out.

Part three: Went to Walgreens to get scrips filled and picked up a few things including coconut oil. Morgan was the one to mention this to me as a potential makeup remover and skin moisturizer and cleanser, so I'll give it a shot. I know jojoba oil works really well for this stuff too, but coconut oil is supposed to be really good, so we'll see if it does anything.

Part four: Came home and took a nap.

And now here I am. I have to do some cleaning in the kitchen tonight but I'm putting it off for the moment.
